@Cornerstonesedu “Quirky science topics, such as ‘burps, bottoms and bile’ for example, grab pupils’ attention and inspire them to find out new things. Importantly, new work builds perfectly on earlier work and teachers are always thinking ahead to what needs to be taught next.
@AM_Cornerstones @lainitaylor@PhilipPullman@AR_Cornerstones@CP_Cornerstones @SJ_Cornerstones My favourite book is Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. I read it when I was about nine years old. I lived and breathed the life of Anne through the pages of the book, and the brilliant Canadian television series that was also on at the time. @LMMI_PEI

Well, it's been back to geography today @cornerstonesedu , tweaking our river study resources ready for September! I hope we can inspire teachers to get out and about with their classes to do some fabulous fieldwork. However, wellies may be required! #curriculum#geography
The talk in the office has been all things history today. Had a really productive meeting about the development of our new KRPs and the links children will be able to make between projects. Hard work but exciting! #historyassociation#humanities#heritagelearning#curriculum
