I am trying to complete annual filings day and night. Forget filing, I cannot even log in to the MCA portal, not even after 12 midnight. Working on MCA21 has become almost impossible.

The @icsi_cs has submitted a representation to @MCA21India seeking an extension of due dates for annual return filings due to persistent technical glitches.

Post introduction of MCA V3, tasks that earlier took 30 minutes now consume 4 hours or more.

Instead of simplifying compliance, the portal has become a challenge for professionals.
We respectfully urge the MCA to grant an extension in the interest of professionals and industry.

There is no intention to delay—only genuine system constraints.

Complaint No FO_20230606877085 solved just on 04.08.2023. Now on filing LLP Form 3, system calculate additional fees. Why stakeholder is responsible ?

LLP incorporated on 16.05.23. In LLP Form 3 details of DP & P and contribution fetch wrong. Complaint FO_20230606877085 raised almost 2 months back & still not resolved. Not able to file Form 3. Solution plz🙏
