I’ve Just ordered skiing gloves from yourselves and paid £4.99 delivery.
They have arrived and they are women’s gloves and too small. I am not prepared to pay 4.99 to pay for them to be returned as they have been falsely advertised.

@SportsDirect_CS I posted yesterday about Tariq at the Bromley store. I made it clear I needed specialist footwear and a refund if the shoes didn’t fit due to an open wound. I was dismissed when I raised this. Unacceptable service—I want this properly investigated.
