Exciting news! We successfully performed doppio-BASILICA ✂️ on a surgical valve with radiolucent posts using our very own prototype software, BASILICA-Assist 👨‍💻. This innovative software allowed us to simulate the current orientation of the valve in real-time. #CardioTwitter

@AngoulvantD Probably angiosarcoma. I would try anticoagulantion a week and new CT. If no change cardiac surgery for biopsy should be considered...

Catheterization of RCA can really be difficult in case history of TAVI with CV. Putting the JR in a MPA can help you. First you cross the cell with MPA. Then push the JR and turn it into the RCA #tavi #corevalve #coronarography

If you need to perform PCI, You can insert a 3 m.014 wire in the RCA, pull back the JR, insert a extension (guideliner etc). Done it several times and so far always worked.
