They said to settle with defective product (indirectly) as they can't do anything from their side as the one sided investigation is done by biased team..Which failed to contact a customer for pickup by not even providing any details prior!

Received a product which didn't meet my expectations and raised a return request with help of @Amazon agent on 3rd Oct 2024 and they cancelled my return multiple times without trying to reach me either by SMS or mail or even call and the agents said I'll get a mail from @amazonIN
@amazon@amazonIN Which I haven't received from last 10 days regarding pickup agent contact details as assured by @amazonIN support team..Now after raising an investigation report..They are blindly telling its ur mistake and cutting the call!
Dear @amazonIN, Please don't scam people with your fake return pickup and delivery support team..Who just bluff people without proper communication and cut the call while speaking!
