Je vois juste des français qui confondent fêter et incivilités. Ils portent des t-shirt FRANÇAIS en étant fier, que faut-il comprendre? Différencier les français parmi d’autres français?
@p1emonte FA should counting, I know on low-cost they don’t usually do it .. Long haul flight I remember taking a flight and being counted. For security reasons it have to be done in my opinion in case the pad boarded are not the same at the plane
Sometimes when a boarding pass did not scan correctly, the passenger is a « no show » which means he’s not on board. When those passengers have no bag in the hole, we remove them in the system. However when he does have a bag in the system we have to verify there are onboard
.@airfrance@KLM my partner was charged €500 fee at CDG this week for "not flying" the first leg of his multi-city ticket. The catch: he demonstrably DID fly it--sitting right next to me, with photos to prove it. Your agents refused to believe him and denied his refund claim.🧵
@xandernn Everyone who pass the security control does have a valid ticket, if it can reassure. you. Sometimes the airport themselves have a record to know who cross the security, ass them in case.
As an individual I hope the pictures you send them gonna work for a refund !
@xandernn As a gate agent, we have to be careful that the light is green and the boarding pass does the sound when it is scanned. It can happen that sometimes we are distract. But as I said if he had a bag in the hold we cannot « cancel » them on the leg and have to VERIFY he’s here
When it’s a multi-ticket destination, you have to board the flights in the right order. If you miss the first one I do think (depends on the CIE) you loose the ticket.
