@nicknactax @GolfChannel Out of bounds is out of bounds whether it is by 100 ft or 2 inches, same penalty. I am not excusing his behavior is was inexcusable. I am questioning if he would have received a penalty if his name was Rory.

@nicknactax @GolfChannel Yes as they should be criticized. But Neiman was not the only player that threw a club in Thursday but he was the only one access a penalty. Pete Cowan pointed that out. It is either a penalty for all or it isn’t for all.
