Ranked is disabled if you load any mods, but you'll still be able to play mods online with friends via invite. Make sure you have the same mods!

"Random select" gets replaced with this custom character list if mods are detected and you agree to use them when starting the application.

However, if you mod an existing character, they won't appear on the list. Just pick the character you modded like normal.
