@anthonyTkim@EVANetcetera@RobynUrback Privatization introduces rent seeking middlemen that can skim the cream off the top of the public system. Inevitably this leads to greater overall cost for everyone while a select few can profit. The idea of “competition” for something like healthcare doesn’t work
@DobberHockey Yeah I get what you’re saying. I think they probably would say “surgery” if it didn’t go as planned but thankfully it’s pretty rare. They do seem to say “successful” even when the question of meaningful return to sport is still TBD
@DobberHockey Assuming he had a shoulder stabilization because of dislocation, “successful” could mean they were able to fix a bony defect or put a screw into his bone to strap another ligament over his shoulder socket thus creating stability.
@maeveellis_ Wow a tonne of people in the comments who are apparently very passionate about graduations and their dress code requirements especially when it allows them to say racist garbage!
@MarioNawfal I think what people are missing with this is that eating tuna is incredibly energy intensive. They’re the top of the food chain. It’s in no way sustainable. It’s like if humans ate lions or bears at an industrial scale
@kenprouleau@MarioNawfal Bc fish are way up on the food chain and compost and fertilizer are at the bottom. It takes exponentially more energy to create a kg of tuna than a kg of plant
