@TheCoffeeBean as someone who has worked in the service industry for years I found this whole interaction so unprofessional- I know I’m not wrong but in service industry aren’t you always supposed to go off of the idea that the customer is always right(even if they aren’t)?...

@TheCoffeeBean In reality it was a $25 gift card-had 1 drink then down to $18, had another then down to $12 walk in today with $12 balance and all of a sudden I’m at 0 after YOU DOUBLE SCANNED ME-the manager said there was NOTHING he could do...

@theginandtonica 100% agree and the fight for getting better wages is definitely a much larger fight that won’t get fixed by just talking to a manager. That being said though it will be a long fight so I just wish more people would be open minded to where servers are coming from, ya feel me? 🙂

@theginandtonica Moral of the story I worked my ass off for people every day and got walked out on weekly and got zeros on my tips EVERY SINGLE DAY that I worked, I’m not saying this is true for everyone but I think it’s something people need to know 🤷🏼‍♀️💕

@theginandtonica I worked at BWW for nearly 5 years and only received a raise of a $.25 in that time and it was because I asked for it- it’s not for lack of trying on our end that we don’t have larger pay checks it’s a bigger issue on both ends unfortunately 😕...
