What I dislike about #MultiversX:

Security: The security measures are excessive, and there are no wallet drains! Who needs such security in the 2024 crypto space?!

@xPortalApp: Why bother with an intuitive and safe wallet when you can store your crypto on centralized exchanges?

Fast Transactions: Who needs fast transactions when you have 7 TPS on #BTC and 14 TPS on #ETH?

Solid Community: Who cares about having a strong community for a crypto project?!

Decentralization: Why store your money on a blockchain with over 3,200 validators?

$1 Million Grants: Who wants free money for building projects?!

I made a semi $EGLD staking advice thingie.

TL;DR - $EGLD is being sold daily by staking providers charging high fees and contributing low values.

When delegating, go for low/zero fees and higher APR providers.

It's a great time to unstake and redelegate, you can earn up to +2% APR vs what you are earning now,

AND

you get to influence the downwards pressure on $EGLD from providers who basically just suck value out of the system while providing (very basic) commodity service.

Din păcate Europa e pe cale să piardă și revoluția AI-ului.

În alte părți se inventează AI-ul, în Europa se reglementează. Evident, doar pentru Europa. Că n-au cum să-l reglementeze la alții acasă.

Problema e că mai trece încă o oportunitate pe lângă noi. Și apoi ne întrebăm de ce Europa nu are nicio companie în top 20 de companii tech din lume. Toate sunt din SUA și Asia.

Acum câteva luni comisarul european Thierry Breton se lăuda că Europa e singurul continent care s-a grăbit să reglementeze AI-ul. De fapt nu era un motiv de laudă. Exasperarea a venit câteva zile mai târziu chiar de la Emanuel Macron care i-a zis: „nu o să reglementăm niciodată ceva ce nu producem sau nu inventăm.” Are dreptate.

Europa are un potențial enorm, o piață cvasi-unică de 450 milioane de oameni cu mult capital acumulat. Dar acest potențial este masiv îngreunat de supra-reglementare și birocrație, care sufocă inovarea și prosperitatea pe termen lung.
