Today I am on strike, this is never an easy choice to make but I believe in fighting for local services. β69% of local authorities are βnot confidentβ they will be able to meet the demand for EP services if there is no change in funding, training and service delivery models.β
Iβm on strike today.
It is hard as I donβt want to let people down.
Sadly, our profession faces a recruitment and retention crisis. Workloads have risen, there is not fair access to services and the work we are expected to do is increasingly complex.
