@Channel4 again disappointed at your lack of subtitles. You can't continue to use a fire six months ago as an excuse. Several programmes unavailable for weeks after they are aired. Equality for the disabled? Only when you can be arsed

@4Viewers Hadn't replied to this as we had not watched anything that affected us. However we started watching Suspects recently. Got to episode 5 and there are no subtitles. This happens so often. This means we cannot watch the rest. It's just poor service

@4Viewers Samsung TV. Lenovo laptop. Samsung phone. Xiaomi phone. Loads of programmes don't seem to get subtitles for days/weeks. Derry girls, had to wait ages for the last episode. First dates hit and miss as is Gogglebox. It's not programme specific, deaf people are just thought of last
