The incident on Route 495 in the Lowell Ma. area stems from a fatal shooting at Highland Commons "Fit Factory" in Berlin Ma. (1) non viable on scene in Berlin (reported gsw to head). 495 incident is possibly the suspect. (per 1st radio reports stated it wasnt) but Q-5 positive.
