We were scheduled to depart at 5:15PM, but flight’s been delayed over an hour b/c the plane was not prepared properly & is now too hot to board. This reflects poor planning and management. I expect better from a luxury airline like @AmericanAir. Totally unacceptable.

🚨 | BREAKING: The State of Florida is officially SUING the College Football Playoff Committee!

🎙️ | Attorney General Ashley Moody: "We are launching an investigation to examine if the Committee was involved in any anticompetitive conduct, in it's unprecedented decision [to exclude FSU]."

The subpoena sent off to the CFP Committee demands all communications related to the exclusion with ESPN & the Southeastern Conference, documents showing member compensation, & individual vote tallies from that infamous Sunday Morning.

The AG also accused the Committee of costing Florida State University & the ACC MILLIONS of dollars 💸

The Committee has one month to turn over all these documents, before this antitrust investigation is escalated 👀
