Due to uncertainty around the hosting of events during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Event Umbrella has, with the support of @canterburycc & @ProducedinKent, taken the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Canterbury Food & Drink Festival 2020.
This is not something we can knowingly do.
We are so sad, but we know that we can plan for an event in 2021 that will bring our community, producers & performers together in a celebration of the best of Kent.

Due to uncertainty around the hosting of events during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Event Umbrella has, with the support of @canterburycc & @ProducedinKent, taken the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Canterbury Food & Drink Festival 2020.
The health & well-being of our community is paramount. We have worked hard on mitigation measures & how to deliver the event safely, but to do so would have compromised the experience, atmosphere & viability of the event.
