@AliceFromQueens There was only a few quid avail which I took. £100 had already been matched at 1000-1. Which took most of what was avail in the market. Only small sums as peer to peer exchange and few eyeballs on him. I'll keep watching for if more comes in on other side.

@AfamaMan @boy_cellar In the CT below 25 table there is another 83% figure for sensitivity (of pooled nose/throat and nose only samples) detecting the b117 strain. Avacta say theirs will detect b117 but I don't remember comment on whether they expect same sens as for other strains.

@AfamaMan @boy_cellar That 83.3% was from table comparing the results against CT cycle anywhere below 40. So would expect reduced sens. Doesn't break down how many were 35-40 cycles, 30-35, etc.

@boy_cellar @AfamaMan The penultimate table in that doc looks like large majority of tests were "nose/throat", with minority being "nose only". (221 v 66). And if the final table is a subset of the penultimate (filtering by CT cycle no.) Then presumably similar ratio in that one.

@AfamaMan @boy_cellar That's it. IF I've read it right that some of that data is a pooling of "nose only" samples with "nose/throat" samples then it can't be compared directly with solely AN samples.
