AISA President Neha Bora delivered a sharp indictment of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar during the INDIA bloc's mock impeachment, asserting that his appointment breached Supreme Court guidelines and accusing the ECI of systematically erasing 13.3 crore voters through illegal modifications to Form 6 and software manipulations.

Important: BJP TOOLKIT EXPOSED
The INDIA bloc is supposed to have a mega rally on 1st Nov at Ramlila Maidan protesting against ECI’s vote chori.
Since a few days, an org called “Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT)” has been opposing the rally claiming it will “hurt traders”.
But here’s what BJP is hiding:
👉 The Secretary-General of CAIT is BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal
👉 The advisor to CAIT is former BJP Minister Smriti Irani
It gets better:
👉 Today BJP President Nitin Nabin is holding a “protest” against the INDIA bloc rally and is claiming to be “in support of traders”
👉 Where’s the BJP President’s protest rally? In Chandani Chowk - which is the constituency of BJP MP & CAIT head Praveen Khandelwal
It is pathetic that BJP is hiding behind a trade organization run by their own MP & claiming that India Bloc protest will “affect traders”.
Traders across India are against vote chori. BJP needs a better toolkit than this shameful tactic.
🚨BREAKING : Now THIS is spine 🔥✊
Neha Bora, a day after the Delhi High Court dismissed their plea:
> "We will not sign this peace bond."
> "Signing it would mean this bond can be used to stop any peaceful, democratic protest in this country."
> "AISA's signature will not be on the normalisation of this."
> "Is not asking questions peace?"
> "Is walking alone also a breach of peace?"
And what did Delhi Police list as the "threat"? Slogans at Mandi House, protests near Jantar Mantar, and asking people to join a protest at CP.
Think about it for a second.
> The bond looks harmless. "Just promise you won't break the peace."
> But sign it once, and every future protest becomes a "violation"
> Then the next student gets the same notice
> Then the next one
That's how dissent gets killed in a democracy. Not with a ban, but with paperwork.
They expected a 20-something student to quietly sign and go home. Instead they got a "no" on camera, in front of every mic.
The government has the police, the notices and the courtrooms. The students have their spine.
SIGN IT YOURSELF, SARKAAR. WE'RE NOT SCARED 🗿🔥

Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke on Friday questioned the Centre's priorities, saying that the government was deploying security personnel in Delhi to prevent protests instead of focusing on national security concerns, including the situation along the China border.
Referring to American national Matthew VanDyke, accused of training armed groups in Myanmar, Dipke questioned the seriousness attached to the case.
You may simply watch such videos but dare you ask questions from this Govt.

This is the whole point!!! No proof. This segment gave me hope. 👏there are still journalists in these newsrooms that won’t just allow serious, undocumented allegations to be put out there without moderation.
Several protesters were detained by Delhi Police on Friday, 23 October, during the 'Tiranga March' called by People Against SIR against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
The march, which saw participation from farmers’ organisations, student groups, workers’ unions and civil society organisations, was called to demand Kumar's removal and prosecution, the scrapping of the SIR exercise and the protection of voting rights.
The detentions took place as protesters attempted to march towards the Election Commission's office near Patel Chowk, carrying the national flag.

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : The Hindu Just drop Biggest BOMB on Traitor Gyanesh & dictator Modi🔥
(MUST Read & Share)
India's voter list now has an ON/OFF switch. And it sits in Delhi, not in your state.
→ ECINet is ECI's one portal for everything: voter list, SIR forms, officer logins.
→ An audit of its code by an IIT Delhi-IIM Calcutta data scientist found a built-in "disable" button for every State Nodal Officer.
→ The pop-up literally says: "the user will no longer be able to access the application."
→ Viewing voters' SIR forms can be switched on or off, state by state.
→ The code even has a ready message: "not enabled for selected State".
→ And in West Bengal alone, the officers responsible for the voter list are blocked from these forms.
And the joke doesn't end there.
→ How did the audit find all this? Not by hacking.
→ ECINet's login page loads a big code file before anyone even logs in.
→ Menu names, screens and API paths meant only for officials are sitting in it, readable by anyone.
→ The platform guarding almost 100 crore voters' data can't even hide its own officials-only menu.
Now the bigger shock.
This warning didn't come only from outside. It came from inside ECI.
→ Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi wrote against the "gradual centralisation of the electoral roll database".
→ Sandhu wrote that he came to know about new ECINet modules "from media only".
→ Joshi asked for an outside IIT expert to audit who can change the voter database.
→ Finally, the two ECs wrote to the Cabinet Secretary.
Now connect the dots.
By law, the ERO in your area decides whose name stays on the voter list.
On ECINet, what the ERO can actually do is decided by the IT team in Delhi.
Law says decentralised. Software says one switch.
Bro, imagine.
Your society has a watchman, but the main gate lock is controlled by someone sitting in another city.
He can lock any building he wants, anytime.
And when two other committee members ask "who has the key?", nobody answers.
That's not digital transformation.
That's a remote control on democracy.
Gyanesh , if two of your own Commissioners couldn't get answers, how will the voter?
Modi, who holds the switch, and whom does he report to? 🔥🔥🔥

Can the Police Judge Its Own Case? Why Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka's Imprisonment Defies Basic Legal Principle
Ramsha Sartaj reports
https://t.co/6wJRneEi6R
The Modi government has taken control of one institution after another, placing its own people in power. The judiciary was one of the last institutions people still trusted. The denial of bail to Ashutosh and Saurav and their continued detention are further eroding that trust. When people lose faith in the judiciary, democracy itself is in danger.
