🚨 DeFi HACK: 6 bugs. 1 transaction. $1.7M gone.

Maya Protocol was exploited after an attacker chained 6 separate bugs into a single transaction containing 23 messages.

The wild part?

The exploit artificially created a pool balance of nearly 49 MILLION CACAO — even though the pool had only ~$168K in reserves.

The attacker then withdrew 48.87M CACAO and converted the proceeds into BTC, ETH and other assets.

CACAO crashed 88.7%.

Maya halted the network.

This wasn't a simple “one bug = one hack.”

It was a chain reaction where each flaw unlocked the next.

One vulnerability can be dangerous.
