.@bts_bighit passes on 2027 Grammy submissions.

The move appears to be linked to the Recording Academy's newly introduced Best Asian Pop Music Performance category. Last month, the academy created a separate category grouping music from Asian countries including South Korea, China and Japan. BTS' decision not to submit their work is being interpreted as a statement of criticism over that move.
