For the next 3 days we’re supporting young people from Mayfield School (Birmingham) for a Gold @DofE practice expedition in Sutton Park. All have a range of additional needs, but these won’t stop them from gaining a sense of achievement, whist having lots of fun & a great time 😊
Tomorrow we’re supporting young people from Ninestiles, an Academy (Birmingham) for an unaccompanied Bronze @DofE practice walk in the Worcestershire area. Opportunities to further develop the skills learned during training & for personal, social, and educative development 😊

We're looking forward to supporting young people during our 'open' Gold @DofE expedition from tomorrow, taking place in Mid Wales area. Some participants completing a quality combined training & practice expedition (6 days), others a practice or qualifying expedition (4.5 days).
We're looking forward to positively engaging with young people as they join us tomorrow for our popular Photography & Conservation Gold @DofE Residential week in Shropshire. Lots of skills to be developed, whilst having fun, & meeting the aim, principles outcomes of the section.

Over the last few days in Buckingham Palace, The Duke of Edinburgh has been joined by volunteers, staff, organisations running DofE schemes and special guests who've shared their inspiring stories. This year is even more special as @DofE is celebrating its 70th anniversary 🎉

We’re supporting young people from Southam College with a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition in the Warwickshire area. 16 Expedition Teams, means 4 start and finish points so that the participants get a positive experience meeting the aim, principles, & outcomes of the section 😊

Tomorrow, we welcome young people from St Peter’s Catholic School (Solihull) as we support them for a Bronze @DofE remotely supervised walk in the Worcestershire area. A great experience ahead for the participants as they will have plenty of fun whilst meeting many challenges 🙂
Tonight we welcome the 2nd cohort of young people from Finham Park School (Coventry) for an overnight camp at Coton Scout Campsite in Rugby, followed by an unaccompanied practice walk tomorrow in the Warwickshire area supporting their Bronze @DofE Expedition section training 😊

We're in the Surrey Hills area from this evening until Sunday, supporting young people from St Augustine's Priory (Ealing) who are undertaking their Silver @DofE practice expedition. Opportunities for lots of fun and further learning as the participants undertake their journey 😊
Over the next 2 days, we're supporting young people from William Brookes School (Much Wenlock) for a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition. A great opportunity to have fun, personal, social, & educative development, meeting the aim, principles, & outcomes of the Expedition section
Over the next 2 days we’re supporting young people from Wolgarston High School (Penkridge) in the Worcestershire area with a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition. A perfect way for the participants to experience lots of fun, personal, social, and educative development 😊
Tomorrow we have a classroom-based Bronze @DofE expedition training for young people from King Edward VI Lordswood School for Girls (Birmingham). Lots of skills to develop and knowledge to be gained, whilst experiencing lot of fun in a positive and supportive environment 😊
For the next 2 days, we're in the north Bedfordshire area supporting young people from Thomas Becket Catholic School (Northampton) with a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition. Plenty of opportunities for personal, social, & educative development, as well as having lots of fun 😊
Today we're in Wolverhampton delivering another Scout Association First Response first aid course for leaders from West Mercia Scouts. A further 24 delegates attending to renew existing skills and knowledge or, if their first course, acquiring new and important skills 😊
