Hamas condemns the terrorist attack in Moscow.

"Our terrorism is good, but their terrorism is bad."

Well, of course, Hamas and Russia are allies. And Hamas and ISIS are enemies - ISIS resents Iran's patronage of Hamas because ISIS hates Shiite Iran almost as much as they hate Russia or America. Really a no-brainer.

ISIS' whole ideology is that they're the true hardcore believers in the caliphate. Anyone who opposes them is nothing better than a pagan nonbeliever and must be killed. Hence why ISIS and the Taliban are fighting to the death in Afghanistan. Groups like the Taliban want to reform their own country, and Al-Qaeda wants global fundamentalist Sunni Islam but generally will refrain from bombing mosques or trying to exterminate Shias in principle. ISIS doesn't have those qualms, they will kill anyone who opposes their truth.

When there were ISIS attacks in Israel, Hamas had no problem praising the perpetrators.

They condemn the nationality of the people killed, not the acts themselves. If the Moscow concert was full of Jews, they would be applauding ISIS.

Add Iran in there, so HAMAS who are funded and controlled by Iran and Russia are allies.

Just waiting for the Houthis to condemn the attack and the circle of terror is complete.
