Fuck that, the kick offs should always suit the local audiences. We’ve had good kick off times in 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022. Now it’s our turn to suck it up. Live football should always prioritise people watching it live over people watching it on TV
@richard1999jon1 Matches in the 1994 World Cup in the United States kicked off late morning or noon local time, to suit European television audiences despite the summer heat.

England are set to play USA fourth-tier side Miami United in a training match as they continue preparations for the World Cup.
Lifetime in prison for every single cunt involved in this. Useless bastards, this is an absolute scandal and there should be complete national outrage at this
This is why we need a ruthless DOF who can change the culture of keeping on poor long serving players on just because“they’re good for the dressing room” and “they know what it takes to get promoted”. Many better players will be available on frees who will have those qualities

@SteveJ2403 It does and it should form a big part of our recruitment. But first and foremost players who are 30+ need to be good enough. We obviously need backups but we could sign younger backups who can develop, rather than wasting wages on a 34 year old whose legs have gone. We can still
I personally feel it’s a real a positive step from the club with the release of the Season Ticket prices alongside the interest-free option.
The age category increases will benefit loads of families.
Bringing back previous season ticket holders at the same cost is a great nod to those who wouldn’t buy off the previous custodian.
Also think it’s important to note that the club needs to generate revenue to invest into the footballing side of operations because of financial restrictions. Balancing the revenue required to progress on the pitch alongside affordability is clearly a fine line to manage.
We can pack that ground out and really drive the club on!

Fans can secure their seat with 20% upfront and spread the remaining balance across four monthly payments, with:
• No interest
• No set-up fees
• No credit checks
That bit feels big.

@MReidy1984 The manager will have a full summer to instil his principles. And as for knowing the staff, I don’t think it matters anywhere near enough to keep a player of his standard on. And agree you need some experience, we can get that by signing better experienced players
@jcraigo1 To be honest I just think “knowing the club” is a complete buzz phrase that means nothing in reality, especially now the club will be pretty unrecognisable from what it was
