If you are pre-ordering video games that come with a pre-order bonus, don't bother with @BestBuy. They offered a bonus, lied to me at pickup saying the bonus items just "weren't in", now customer service told me tough luck, we get nothing. Thanks for not valuing your customer.

Very disappointed with @panerabread today. Salad didn't have chicken on it. Order was missing the chocolate chip cookie. To-go ordering is great except when the restaurant fails and there is no real way to remedy the issue efficiently. Will explore alternatives next lunch
