The software development methodologies that evolved gradually over the last decades are being rapidly replaced with a new one, in which coding is no longer the slowest link, and humans are no longer the best candidates to generate it.

This has a profound impact on the development process, on the talent, and on the organizational structure needed to support it. Which is what this three-part document is all about.
