@wizzair you cancelled my flight and then told me I’d get a refund to my bank account, but you refunded me £32 less for an admin charge which was your fault. You initially wanted to refund me £150 more and I raised this with you.

@EnfieldCouncil hi there, on the phone today to the Council Tax team and we were told it could be 2-6 weeks until new council tax bills are issued. Is this standard practice? 2-6 weeks?

@johnlm20 @unoherts Even the offers from the app have gone. No real awareness at the stops either about this. One driver cheekily said to a passenger last week why don’t you check the website? Passenger replied yes I check the Uno website everyday? 😂

@unoherts Thanks! How much is the return now? Odd the drivers were charging 1.40 upto yesterday. Hopefully the reliability will also improve, 30%+ increase for a short trip is steep and unheard of!

Eg I have been at the forum since 6pm and no buses to the station. AI have seen 2 610 buses come and go and poor students can’t even get on!

@GNRailUK Hello Great Northern, just wondering and it’s a genuine question. How can you ask people to be in favour of these strikes when you pull stunts like todag? I have been trying to get a train from Hatfield to London for over an hour and a half, now I’m being told to go to Welwyn!
