Correct "Democrat" to "Democratic" when used to describe the party (an adjective). Democrat is used as a noun.

This is a subtle but important distinction. People don't just do this mistake accidentally.

Of course popn in India paying #IncomeTax will be low. Agric. (~62%) is exempt. Some ??25% don't work. The threshold for paying is VERY high (2.5x avg incomes). My estimates for 2015 show the skew vs. other countries)
