This is Benji. He recently learned how to wiggle his toes. Not sure what to do with that yet, but a good skill to have in his back pocket just in case. 12/10
Anyone else get emotional when they think about the Earth for too long? Like she’s so beautiful and magical and we treat her so awfully; it literally breaks my heart
Joe Rogan: "It’s like someone is trying to destroy England. It's like they have a concerted effort to destroy England and they're getting away with it."
The literacy crisis isn’t that people can’t read the words. It’s that they can’t understand the context, infer meaning, recognise nuance, identify contradictions, or draw logical conclusions from what they’ve read.
Step over ants and put worms back in the grass. Rescue caterpillars and show spiders some mercy. Open your windows so bees and wasps can fly home. They're all creatures that deserve to have a life.
So @Tesco why are you adding FOLIC ACID to your allegedly 'finest' WHOLEMEAL bread? A: FA is exempt in wholemeal & B: it actively fuels cancer, plus a whole host of people have to actively try & avoid it as advised by NHS. As a CANCER patient, I really would like an answer
Ann Widdecombe hoped to see her cats in heaven, but she doubted the theology. The ginger Aloysius is still with us (being cared for), but I hope Sooty and Sweep, Pugwash and Carruthers, and Arbuthnott the tabby all greeted her purringly. An oil painting needs commissioning.🐱
My favorite nature fact is that somewhere in the world, there's a tree that sprouted the same day you were born and has been growing alongside you ever since.

Been in a small coastal village near Salcombe in Devon for the last week.
It hits you straight away. Complete lack of diversity and the place is spotlessly clean. Streets you could eat off. No rubbish, no graffiti, no mess.
The cafés and shops are run by polite English kids. Smiling, working hard, speaking properly. The sort of thing that used to be normal everywhere.
No vape shops. No Turkish barbers. Just quiet English life by the sea.
You can see exactly what has been taken from us. This is how it all used to be. And now it only survives in these few forgotten corners.
Depressing when you realise how much we gave away.
They came into this World Cup as the dark horses.
Qualified from a group consisting of France and Senegal
Defeated Brazil and took England to extra time.
They introduced us to the iconic Vikings row as well.
Thank you Norway, you had a tournament to remember. 🇳🇴👏
If you try to save money by cooking at home, you walk into a grocery store where three massive conglomerates own every brand on the shelf and have colluded to raise baseline prices by 40% over three years.
If you try to cut costs by renting a modest apartment, you face corporate landlords using automated algorithmic software to artificially inflate rental rates across the entire city simultaneously.
If you try to opt out of car debt by using public transit, you realize municipal budgets were slashed to protect the auto industry, leaving you with zero reliable infrastructure to get to work.
You aren't making "poor financial decisions."
Every single alternative route to survival has been intentionally bought out, consolidated, and monetized to extract maximum profit from your baseline existence.
They don't want you to build wealth; they want you permanently trapped on a treadmill where every necessary life pivot just leads back to the exact same corporate ledger.
