For about 11 years now, I have been, I think, the only person alive warning anyone who would listen that the Islamist Marxism we were seeing on our campuses would be coming to our streets very soon.

I knew because I saw it close up and looked these dead-eyed people straight in the eyes at my university every day. What they did to me for standing up to them on my campus is hard to believe but is being litigated in court now.

No one listened to me.

It took me a long time to even get my message into small local or Jewish outlets.

Never have I wanted to be wrong about what was coming so badly.

But I was right, and here we are.

No, I didn't know the abject horrors of October 7th could ever happen. But I did know October 8th was coming. We're still IN October 8th mode.

It's ironic, frustrating, and sad: now that I have so many beautiful, incredible media connections and access to large platforms via GREAT people like @kilmeade, @sidrosenberg19, @FoxNews, @NEWSMAX and so many others... it's too late.

All I can do is explain what is happening, why it happened, and SOMETIMES...what is coming next in this new age of such an old hate. There's nothing I can say to prevent it anymore.

And man did I try to prevent it.

My message now is that Jewish communities need to get it together. We can really only save ourselves, but we are doing it the wrong way.

Our own people don't understand what Antisemitism or AntiZionism really is, or how to fight it most effectively.

Yes, and it has become a dangerous political pandemic across the country. Look at what is happening in NY CD 10. Dan Goldman, a progressive in every way and the incumbant should have been an easy re-election.

But polls show he is going to get demolished by Brand Lander in 11 days simply because Lander decided to flip his lifelong support for Israel and Zionist Jews. He just threw away all his purported morals and ideology in order to get Mamdani's endorsement and to fit into the new Democrat party: Pro-Islamist Marxism.

So that's what the Democratic party is today.

We are in big, big trouble.

I can't believe I am actually spending time responding to you but this is an incredible lie. Darfur involved widespread killings, rapes, village burnings, and displacement targeting non-Arab groups (Fur, Masalit, Zaghawa), WITH GOVERNMENT FORCES and, yes, their allied Janjaweed militias.

Hundreds of thousands dead, millions displaced. The ICC's genocide charges against al-Bashir himself reflected evidence of intent to destroy groups in part.

Our wonderful friends Russia and China blocked the ICJ from bringing action against Darfur but the U.S. position has long been that Sudan did in fact commit genocide in Darfur.

I cannot understand for the life of me why someone would argue this.

As we await the critical details of the Iran deal, there are a few things we already know:
1. Republicans will praise it.
2. Dems will blast it.
3. There will be countless opinions of its impact on Israel; and
4. Tragically, the great Persian people will remain oppressed.

Israel's actions in Gaza fail the test:
--Israel targets Hamas (a terrorist group that started the war on Oct 7 with mass murder, rape, and hostages).
--Warnings, evacuations, aid facilitation, and precision strikes show the opposite of genocidal intent.
--Palestinian population has grown dramatically over decades — the opposite of "destruction."

Where is real genocide happening?

Look at Christians in parts of the Middle East/Africa or the Uyghurs.

Misusing the term for political attacks on Israel distracts from actual suffering and cheapens the word.

Lawyers deal in facts, intent, and the "only reasonable inference" standard.

Poli-sci professors with agendas don't get to rewrite it.

Key point on intent: Under ICJ jurisprudence, genocidal intent can be inferred from a pattern of conduct only if it is the ONLY reasonable inference that can be drawn from the evidence (see Croatia v. Serbia, para. 148; see also Bosnia v. Serbia, para. 373). Not outcomes in war. Not civilian casualties against an enemy using human shields.
