@momiji_doa No, you don't, but you lack the knowledge to make an effective point. You don't know how hard it is to learn a new game engine, nor do you know how hard it is to come up with a good storyline and procure 3d artists while maintaining lore-accuracy, all in the span of a few months.

And other than her and Cortana there's not really that much wrong with the remake. The prequel missions are pretty, and they used Bungie concepts for the originals.

Unfortunately this is the only screenshot I took so I can't show any more spots on different maps, but just know you are able to explore.

First off, the Mark IV variant that the chief uses did in fact have energy shields, a feature first implemented by ONI operatives in the 2530s. His Mark V armor got shields before the fall of reach.
