9 Nationalities parcipated including: Congo, Burundi, Uganda, Gambia, South Sudan, Liberia, Somalia, Nigeria and Tanzania.

The theme of the Gala was, "Celebrating the diversity of our culture."
The Winners were Uganda, followed by South Sudan as the first runners-up and Burundi as the second runners-up.

On April 29th, 2023, we held the CUU Alumni Association general elections for the Executive Committee during an Alumni Breakfast. It was a momentous occasion & we look forward to the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that our new Executive Committee will bring to the table.
