@AmericanAir Don't worry, we got deplaned with no explanation or plan for when we may be able to take off, so at least there is no gas smell.
Pretty abysmal to have been delayed almost 3 hours at this point, but that seems to be getting more normal than abnormal these days.

Please do better, I'd rather you be proactive and let me know to keep using the lounge benefit I pay for instead of clogging up walkways waiting for the GA to inform me.

@AmericanAir I already booked since literally NO option from JAX to LAS indicated I could use SWU. The big problem seems to be that CLT to LAS doesn't ever have award seats? Am I just not early enough?

@AmericanAir So if a SWU isnt able to be used when more than half the seats are available, when can it? I wasn't able to use it on a single flight booked within the last month because there was not a single flight that both segments were able to use the SWU even with ample availability.
