Portfolio 1 and 2 will be working with a variety of clay bodies including porcelain, white and red stoneware, dark brown stoneware, and speckled clay. At this level they choose which clay body properties best align with their personal goals.

Covid has motivated Clay Club to purchase table top travel wheels.We have 4 wheels that will rotate through Portfolio Clay Club members. These wheels will get loads of use for many years to come.

Portfolio 1 and 2 are working hard to produce wheel work. We will rise to the challenge of selling our art work this year. It will be a great lesson on the challenges that professional artists are facing selling work during Covid.
This week we focused on organizing our art materials which is the foundation of fantastic art making while hybrid learning. We made 3 stacks: Leave at school, leave at home, and travel kit. We are ready for a super productive year! Let the art making begin!
