NEW CT ANIMAL LAWS TAKE EFFECT OCTOBER 1, 2023
During the 2023 session, the Connecticut legislature passed several animal-centric bills. On Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023, several of these bills go into effect. Some will protect CT’s animals - and unfortunately - some will not.

Another kind of rescue. Baby walruses stay with their moms for 2 years needing lots of Mom cuddle time. Hero rescuers work for 24 hours a day to try to duplicate the cuddle time. ❤️
