@virginmedia absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer care given by this company. At 11:30am I was told a manager would contact me by 8pm today, I’ve rung and the manager is still unable to speak to me. This is not on. Clearly managers like to hide away.

@Halfords_uk absolutely shocked at the way one of your lorry drivers is driving currently on the motorway, M1 northbound. Swerving, not indicating and bully people out of the lanes they are driving in. A danger to the motorway users !
@virginmedia absolutely shocked with the lack of respect I’ve been shown by your customer service team today, I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of many issues for months now, virgin media team have messed up on a few occasions and now that I’m trying to leave because of the
shocking service I’ve received I’m expect to pay a fee ? I’ve been hung up on, moved from department to department and it’s not good enough ! It’s breaking me !
