Hey @Steam how do I request a review of a refund request that was denied automatically? There has to be some escalation path. Kinda messed up that I can’t return a VR game that made me physically ill just because it’s been more than 2 weeks since I bought it.
Pretty messed up I can’t get a refund from @Steam for a VR game that is so jankhy that it’s causing physical illness. Yeah, it’s been more than 2 weeks but I only played for 40 min. Kinda BS.
@FreeStyleDiabet Are you aware of the bug in your app when dealing with expiring sensors? If a new sensor is started before the previous one ends, most often done when the first fails, the user still receives expiration notifications for the first sensor, causing confusion.
