👉👉 Si un policía te pide revisar tu teléfono, está cometiendo un delito grave. Cada vez hay más policías que abusan de su poder: inventan revisiones de rutina, te amenazan con remolcar tu carro y te quitan tu celular sin razón. Hoy te vamos a decir todo lo que un policía NO puede hacerte. Un abogado con más de 20 años de experiencia nos reveló esta información. Comparte este video para que tu familia lo sepa.

1. NO puede revisar tu teléfono. La Suprema Corte lo dejó clarísimo: tu celular contiene información privada protegida por el Artículo 16 de la Constitución. Para revisarlo necesitan una orden de un juez. Nunca estás obligado a entregarlo ni a dar tu contraseña.

2. NO puede hacer "revisiones de rutina" así nomás. Las revisiones aleatorias sin razón son ilegales. Solo pueden revisarte si te ven cometiendo un delito o si traen orden judicial.

3. NO puede detenerte sin decirte por qué. Está obligado a identificarse con nombre, número de placa y corporación. Y debe decirte el motivo exacto de tu detención.

4. NO puede pedirte dinero. Si un policía te pide "una mordida" para dejarte ir, eso se llama extorsión y es delito federal. Anota su placa y denúncialo.

5. NO puede llevarte a un lugar no oficial. Solo puede llevarte al Ministerio Público o a la delegación más cercana. Nunca a un lugar apartado.

6. NO puede impedir que grabes. Tienes derecho a grabar cualquier interacción con un policía en la vía pública. No te pueden quitar el celular por hacerlo.

7. NO puede remolcar tu carro como amenaza. El arrastre solo procede por infracciones específicas. Si te amenazan con grúa para sacarte dinero, es extorsión.

Los abusos de autoridad existen porque la gente no conoce sus derechos. Hoy ya los conoces tú. Ahora te toca pasarlo. Mándalo por WhatsApp a toda tu familia. Porque la próxima vez podrías ser tú… o alguien que amas.

Saint Rita, so lowly, so pure,
so mortified, so patient,
and of such compassionate love
for your crucified Jesus,
