@wistatepatrol Is there any particular reason why you're officers are sitting in the median on interstate 94 and pointing their bright white lights into the cabs of semi trucks at night? It last happened to me around 3 am in Osseo last Wednesday or Thursday. It's blinding and extremely unsafe.
