“Britain does not lack talent — it lacks a system that draws that talent into public life.” — Kemi Badenoch
At CWO, we know that talent is everywhere. It’s in women running businesses, balancing family life, volunteering in their communities, leading at work, supporting local causes and quietly getting things done every day.
Too often, women look at politics and think: that world isn’t for me. But public life needs more women with real experience, practical judgement and the confidence to step forward.
We need women with courage. Women with conviction. Women who care about making things better. Whether that means campaigning, standing for office, shaping policy or supporting others to succeed - there is a place for you.
If you’ve ever wondered whether you could make a difference, perhaps this is your moment. CWO exists to support, encourage and champion women to step into public life - because Britain needs your talent now more than ever.
Make that first step - get in touch...

Serving in elected office is an honour and can be incredibly fulfilling.
But the only way you will never serve in such a role is if you don't apply in the first place.
So, what are you waiting for? Help shape the future and become a Conservative candidate:

The Conservatives are back on the side of business.

In one of the toughest political environments Conservatives have faced in years, I’m incredibly proud to have led a campaign in Milton Keynes that grew our @Conservative Group from 9 councillors to 12 and gained 3 seats.
Milton Keynes, is often seen as difficult territory for Conservatives. And this campaign was built on long-term planning, community engagement, strong local candidates, digital campaigning and listening carefully to residents long before election season began.
None of this happens alone. I’m hugely grateful to every candidate, volunteer and supporter who gave their time, energy and belief to our campaign.
We might have been short on resources. But never short on determination, resilience or hope. 💙 @MKConservatives 💪
