The damage that modern politics has done to public trust makes the strongest case ever for trustless systems.
Decentralised, public and trustless information will be the new standard.
@masatoalexander really good stuff!
is this 3x20kg +2.5kg on each side with a 20kg barbell?
I only do RDLs as part of my strength training, maybe I should include some proper DL 🥸
@masatoalexander 3. I'm a fan of straight legs and glute activation, but I don't do dips with weight, so it's probably much harder.
4. It seems you're putting most of the load on your shoulders. Careful with that unless it's your goal. I try to keep my forearm perpendicular and dip forward.
@masatoalexander been a while since I did dips, but I really like them. My notes on how I do them:
1. I would go back to facing forwards, the wrists will thank you.
2. Chin up, expand your chest and pull your shoulders back. This helps activate your core & lower back for body stability.
@TheRealWeb3Kat Honestly, I'm glad to see people talk about emotional regulation in the context of leadership. It's always been there, but rarely spoken about.
This is a personal aspiration of mine, as it affects everything I do on many different levels.
Kudos to you.
@0xNLYFANS@TapTools I see, thanks for the clarification. I'm glad I was (reluctantly) open to being wrong 😅.
Rookie mistake, thanks.
On the other hand, I did a quick check: the top 100 protocols in Ethereum contribute less than 43% of the total TVL (<$20b)... Isn't that sus?
@0xNLYFANS@TapTools "EtHeReUm DoN't CoUnT sTake Or DeLeGaTiOn As TVL eItHeR"
Unless I'm fundamentally misunderstanding something (which I don't think I am). ETH staked throug Lido does sit at the application layer.
If I'm wrong, please educate me. If I'm right, please FUD better...
@TheRealWeb3Kat I will refer to a post I read yesterday (but I can't remember where): I want Cardano to be boring. In a good way, but boring nonetheless.
@MinswapDEX We've been raising this issue for quite some time now... the APRs are wrong. How is it possible that your "Market" page sets LP APR at 7% and the "Farm" page sets the trading fee APR at 33%? What gives?
You know about this issue since December last year.
