Justice. Hundreds of conduct cases arising from the bitter dispute with Royal Mail Group have been overturned by the independent review and subsequent talks with the employer.
This is a victory on an unprecedented scale.
We did it. Together.

NEW: Dozens of postal workers in the Wirral have voted to go on strike.
@CWUnews say they plan to take industrial action over the “petty” sacking of their colleagues for taking a tea break.
MAIL CENTRE SURPLUSES
The CWU have been activity engaging the employer in a bid to secure an agreement / joint position on the issue of Mail Centre surpluses. We know how serious an issue this is for our members.
We have met Royal Mail on numerous occasions at senior level and exchanged documents as part of that process. We got to a position earlier this week where the Postal Executive endorsed an agreed way forward. Subsequently, Royal Mail backtracked from this position.
We cannot and will not accept this way of working. The issue has now been escalated to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief People’s Officer. An urgent meeting has been requested. We will not allow this issue to drag on any further.
We are meeting our Area Processing Representatives tomorrow and will update members on the next steps as soon as possible.
We will now launch a mass engagement exercise across the union - it is time for the members to have their say - a message from General Secretary @DaveWardGS
We need this update read out in every single office in the UK tomorrow morning as part of National Get the Vote Out Day

Due to the anti-union laws, we have to renew our mandate in the Royal Mail Group dispute.
Join us tomorrow at 7pm as we launch the timetable and campaign for the re-ballot.

I ASK EVERYONE WHO SEES THIS TWEET TO PLEASE RT IT.
Tomorrow nurses strike. They will be put through hell by the media, politicians and the establishment.
Ahead of the action please share this tweet if you back the nurses and find it sickening that they are being vilified.
Wow. Look at the stunning levels of mail just being left outside by Royal Mail whilst they refuse to negotiate with the union.
This is the video they did not want you to see.
