@CentralWashU has yet to say what exactly they are changing in response to the active shooter threat. All that has been released is general 'we're doing things'. Should you expect the same 10 minute delay during future emergencies?

@CentralWashU says they have "worked diligently to evaluate/improve processes & procedures following the incident" but have never said what exactly that means? What changes can we expect to see?
