@prairietrawler @ChevalierJuline @Jennifer_Foley @edgerington @TracyTruels In the before times, we were doing a lot of thinking about how to support our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ educators in handling micro-aggressions and offensive comments from participants. @magmidd @gretchjenn @theresemquinn & Annie Anderson, thanks for the opportunity to reflect together about Social Justice Exhibitions. It was lovely to share about @TacomaArtMuseum’s exhibition and to get some new ideas on how to do better. #MASSActionMia
Still thinking about data from today’s “Measuring Change” breakout. How can we use staff climate surveys to learn how to strategically deploy limited DEIA resources? And how can all assessments be conducted equitably? Thanks, @marjoriebb and team! #MASSActionMia
