You voted against scrapping zero hour contracts.
You voted against banning fire and rehire.
You voted against day one sick pay for workers.
You said the minimum wage was too high for young people.
Reform politicians openly say they don't like trade unions.
You will always put the interests of your offshore crypto billionaire donors ahead of workers.
Stop the ‘Great Israeli Real Estate Event’ taking place in London on 14 June. Palestinian land is not for sale. Such sales are illegal & unethical. This event should not be allowed to go ahead
WELL DONE @superdrug 👏👏👏
Superdrug have removed ALL Ahava products due to their link with illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
Thank you for having a moral compass!
Let’s hope more companies follow suit….
An audience member at a Q&A recently asked me why I'm so apocalyptic. The genocide in Gaza, beyond being a tragedy, marks an irreversible shift in the global world order. Before the genocide, the imperialist ambitions of the Western oligarchic class were partially constrained by the utopian ideal of the rules-based order. Now that ideal is gone, and unrestrained barbarity will characterize the methodology of the war-making ruling class. In other words — our future is an apocalyptic one.
@kennardmatt@Uditha_Desilva Have been saying it for a while now. The Labour Party is the most effective pillar of the established order, the status quo, the Western capitalist society we inhabit. It provides the support that’s needed to ensure none of it will ever be in danger of collapse.
He's another amoral machine politician
An empty suit
Labour has nothing else to offer
It is set up to absorb and neutralise the left and—by doing so—make sure nothing fundamental ever changes in Britain
Yesterday, the Members Charter conference gathered 250 people over two sessions — many of them Your Party members from grassroots branches across England, Scotland, and Wales — and voted to begin founding a new organisation: the Socialist Federation.
@jeremycorbyn It’s not enough, though, is it?
Does anyone in the government care at all whether we remember their crimes? As it’s the case with Israel, they act with TOTAL IMPUNITY. And they know it.

We've written to the Secretary of State and NHS England CEO calling for urgent action to address unsafe doctor substitution by employers.
The letter comes in the wake of our survey report revealing doctors' serious concerns over patient safety. 🔗 https://t.co/tqhjxqUQU6
Now that Gaza lies in ruins—shattered, like a beloved face after a long brutality—Israel moves with a terrible confidence to the next act: The act of leaving every soul there not merely wounded, but permanently disabled. Injured, sick, hungry, homeless, without work, without hope. This is not war’s collateral damage. This is design.
As my friend Gideon Levy writes—and he knows, he knows—this is the prelude to expulsion. Think of it: a society without teachers, without doctors, without social workers, without engineers, without clerks. That is not a society. That is a holding pen. A slow erasure. And when nothing functions—no school, no hospital, no office, no heart—then it becomes ‘easy,’ they tell themselves, to scatter the people to the four corners of the earth. Like seeds from a broken pod, except no soil will take them.
We must name this. Not with rage alone, though rage is honest. But with the cold, clear tears of recognition: they are making life impossible so that departure becomes the only ‘choice.’ And the world watches, adjusts its spectacles, and calls for restraint. Restraint! There is no restraint in a slow drowning.
You were part of a cabinet that armed and supported a genocidal apartheid Israeli state.
Spare us the crocodile tears.
No amount of revisionism erases your role in that. You’re complicit, whether you like it or not.
The Filton 25 Trial represents a turning point for the rule of law and against necrocapitalism.
ELBIT is involved in the commission of heinous crimes in Palestine (see my report Economy of Genocide). It is also one of the most exportable tools of Israel's model of democracy.
This is Emily Thornberry when she was Corbyn’s shadow foreign secretary
The UK Labour Party is completely and totally captured by the Israel lobby
Maybe more than any other political party in Britain
The police intervene to remove a statue of Palestine’s Mandela Marwan Barghouti from Parliament Square. They branded Mandela a terrorist and then revered him as a statesman & a liberator. You’d think they’d learn!!!
"It is simply incompatible to want your union to perform and protect you, whilst at the same time voting for Reform."
Unite's Simon Dubbins breaks down how Reform will not back working people.
⚡️🇮🇷🇺🇸 — BBC Verify reports extensive Iranian strikes on US military infrastructure since the start of the conflict, assessing damage across multiple theaters in the Middle East, per its publication assessment.
➡️ Satellite imagery and multi-source analysis suggest Iran has hit ~20 US facilities (potentially up to 28) across 8 countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Bahrain, and Oman.
Analysts: attacks are “more precise and extensive than publicly acknowledged”
➡️ Reported impact (key sites & systems):
🇦🇪 UAE (Al Ruwais / Al Sader): damage to THAAD missile defence batteries, US has only ~8 batteries worldwide.
🇯🇴 Muwaffaq Salti Air Base: air defence assets impacted
🇸🇦 Prince Sultan Air Base: damage to refueling aircraft, surveillance platforms (incl. E-3 Sentry) and blast craters
🇰🇼 Ali Al Salem / Camp Arifjan: destroyed fuel depots, hangars, comms & satellite systems
➡️ Equipment losses (reported):
- up to 42 aircraft damaged/destroyed (F-15, F-35, A-10, MQ-9 drones)
- estimated replacement costs: hundreds of millions per platform
- US THAAD systems (~$1B each) reportedly among affected assets
➡️ Tactical assessment:
Experts cited by BBC Verify describe an Iranian shift from mass missile salvos → precision strikes on high-value infrastructure, focusing on radar, air defence nodes, and logistics hubs.
“Opening salvos were designed for volume… later strikes became more targeted and efficient.” — Dr Kelly Grieco
Pentagon estimates cited in the report place conflict-related costs (Operation “Epic Fury”) at ~$29B, though analysts suggest this is likely conservative.
➡️ Strategic implication:
Analysts warn degraded interceptor stocks and repair backlogs could leave Gulf bases increasingly vulnerable in case of renewed escalation.

A former senior colleague of Raffi Berg, now the BBC's Middle East online editor, forensically analyses his output as a BBC writer.
It shows a consistent pattern of humanising Israeli soldiers and settlers while dehumanising Palestinians, and burying information that might place Israel in a bad light – talents that seem to have led to his promotion to BBC editor.
Martin Asser concludes: "The world Berg presents in his early BBC features is a rich source of misinformation and / or disinformation."
This article should prove useful to Owen Jones' legal team as they fight Berg's defamation case. Jones cited 13 BBC journalists who accused Berg of skewing the corporation's coverage to make Israel look good.
