A failed "asylum seeker" went to a school armed with a hammer, a hatchet and a kitchen knife.
Both Douk Deng, 21, became 'increasingly frustrated' that immigration authorities were not providing assistance in his bid to stay and work in the UK.
He was arrested after workmen confronted him at Edgar Wood Academy in Heywood, on August 6 last year.
Get them all out!
Thoughts today..
1-Fires are to do with arson and poor land management.
162 people just in France alone arrested in recent days
The question is who are the arsonists- is there a pattern to them.
2-Food costs are absurd in the uk - when will Governments get a grip on this
3-And how much do our GPs know today - how much do they keep truly informed with the latest data and research ?? Sometimes it feels joe blogs on the street knows more than most our GPS today.
@triffic_stuff_ OMG so many thickos on here. This LBC tool was trying to manipulate the conversation 'yes but if wasn't hot, then if someone did throw a ciggy / match etc, then it wouldn't start a fire....blah blah'. NO ONE SHOULD BE THROWING ANYTHING ON THE GROUND - IT SHOULD GO IN THE BIN!
🔥 This is brilliant from Lee on LBC.
Caller Lee takes Ben Kentish to task over the climate-change-causes-wildfires narrative and completely dismantles the idea that forests just spontaneously combust in the heat.
Speaking during a discussion about the European wildfires, Lee said:
“Forests, trees and grass does not spontaneously combust because it’s hot. I actually proved it because the wife’s a bit like meh. I got some leaves, I got some grass and I put it in the oven at 220°C for an hour and it did not burst into flames. It will only burst into flames because it’s dry, if someone puts a match to it or flicks a cigarette on the ground.”
“So can we just dispel the myth that on 40°C heat that a tree will just spontaneously combust, because it won’t.”
Absolute nail on the head.
Dry vegetation burns more easily in hot, dry conditions — that’s not in dispute. But it still needs an ignition source. The vast majority of these fires are either arson or accidental.
Well said, Lee. 👏
@JanClearwater@Angiemut What country do YOU live in??? Cashier checkouts ONLY operate during core hours - nothing before 09.00 and past 17.00 in some cases. Go and use your self-scanning toy if you want, you tool.
@Angiemut They can go and fuck themselves. I had carpal tunnel surgery a few months ago. Went to a checkout in Lidl to be told he was closing. Stood in line for the self-service checkout and struggled. Cunts - all of them.
GOOD POINT👇👇👇
To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....... You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Yesterday I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my trolly, emptied my trolly and scanned the items, refilled my trolly and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.
YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.
Signed ......All of us
People we need to share this statement its basically about PROFIT to the stores AND putting People out of a JOB....!!!
@CopywriterJo
Nope. He wasn’t and they managed to keep him well away from public scrutiny.
Unforgivable.
There’s a great deal more to the ´failed by the NHS’ Calocane family than has been publicly shared.
I vow to get to the bottom of it. And if they truly are blameless, I will accept it.
We haven’t scratched the surface yet. But we will….
🔥 Angela Rayner’s HEATED CLASH with Rob Rinder on GMB exposes hypocrisy over the money.
Rinder put it to her straight:
“When Conservative ministers did that and you described them as having a staggering lack of shame. You’re back as Housing Secretary and you’ve kept the money so help me understand why that isn’t hypocritical?”
Rayner claimed her case is different because those Tories were only in the job for weeks, while she was there for nearly a year:
“People were in government for a number of weeks in some cases and accepted sums of severances in the thousands, only to return to government weeks later.”
Rinder wasn’t buying it:
“A number of people didn’t come back and they kept the money, you said they had a staggering lack of shame — but in your case that doesn’t apply?”
Her reply:
“If you’ve been in the job for a couple of weeks and accepted thousands of pounds, that is very different from the circumstances that I was in.”
No, Angela. It’s no different. You were in the job for under a year, had to resign over unpaid tax allegations, took the £16,876 severance, then returned to the exact same role and kept every penny.
You should hand that money back. You are a shameless money-grabbing hypocrite!
What’s worse is that you’ve spent years lecturing others about their behaviour, yet the moment you step into government you do the very same thing. Disgraceful.
@MrsEmmaWebber This is the beginning of the end of those who never take accountability for their decisions and actions. IT'S THEIR JOB to protect the public from EVIL monsters that instead are free to roam our streets and harm society. @NHSNottsICB you're to blame! Every single one of you!
