To you all that voted it APC, to to you all that has been voting in APC & PDP, I hope you are satisfied with the result of your votes every year. 2023 is coming, if we are lucky in Nigeria by God's grace there won't be a civil war from the North wanting to divide Nigeria
General @MBuhari budgeted ₦128 billion for a National Assembly of less than 500 people. He budgeted ₦12.1 billion for his and @ProfOsinbajo’s upkeep. So, why can’t he pay our @PoliceNG officers a living wage? It can be achieved if he and NASS can curb their greed #SARSMUSTEND
. @fijnigeria observed that this is the first NYSC orientation camp to be named after a political figure or sitting president since the inception of the programme on May 22, 1973.

The raid on street beggars and urchins has continued along the Lekki–Ajah Expressway and in other parts of Lagos, as part of ongoing enforcement efforts to restore order, ensure public safety, and keep our roads and public spaces clear.
Let it be clear: any investigation of Tiger Base by @PoliceNG_CRU that does not begin from the notorious CSP Oladimeji Odeyeyiwa is a spectacular waste of everyone's time.
Here is a CSP who is more powerful than the CP... a CSP who openly boasts of his 'friendship with the governor'. That claim has also been repeated by third parties. An agency once sought CSP Ola's audience over a case of illegal detention by Tiger Base, only for the agency to tell @fijnigeria: “Odeyeyiwa said he is so busy with the governor.”
The next phase of that investigation should then include Hope Uzodinma, governor of Imo state. Nigerians would like to know: what service exactly does 'CSP Ola' render to the governor to have become this powerful, to the extent that police insiders describe the CP as the CSP's puppet?
It would be nice to know.
Two Sudanese generals may be fighting for control of the country, but they are not fighting alone. Behind each army stands a network of governments, companies, smugglers, and foreign militaries. But why are these foreign powers funding the war in Sudan?
Just 3 days after a tense national election, the military has taken full control in Guinea-Bissau claiming they did so to prevent a plot to destabilize the country involving politicians and a "well-known drug baron". But is there more to this?
This is a developing story!
Somalia in the 1990s experienced state collapse. The central government lost territorial control. Warlords established parallel governance structures. Parallel economies emerged based on extortion and piracy.
Is Nigeria taking same path?

Something strange is happening in northern Mozambique.
On the coast of Cabo Delgado, a small fishing town called Mocímboa da Praia was once quiet, isolated, and largely ignored by the world. But in 2017, armed men stormed the town in the middle of the night, attacking police stations and killing civilians. At first, people thought it was a local gang. It wasn’t.
Those fighters later pledged allegiance to the Islamic State. And suddenly, Mozambique, a country thousands of kilometers from Syria and Iraq, became home to ISIS’s fastest-growing insurgency in Africa.
But what is behind this crisis?
There seem to be new empire in town, and no one is holding them to account.
The UAE is exporting wars to Africa and gaining strategic influence in the region, but what does it really want?
An audit document has revealed that the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) failed to report any income from a N2.5 billion investment it made in subsidiary FHA Mortgage Bank Limited back in 2021.
FHA also didn’t remit nearly N2.9 billion collected from its Owerri, South-East Zonal Office to the Treasury.👇🏼
Every time Dele Farotimi speaks about Nigeria, I just wonder what is really the hope of Nigeria 😢
What is really the way forward for this country? We can’t continue like this.
The NPF sometimes ruins lives. This wickedness has cost several people their lives and the semblance of peace that should come with it.
Thank you, Hope Behind Bars.

@fijnigeria observed that while the portal is back online, contracts awarded after May 2025 no longer display essential information, including contract amounts and execution status.👇🏾
“What does the APC government mean by saying, ‘we spoke to the kidn@ppers and they released the Kebbi girls’? Does it mean you didn’t arrest them? You didn’t engage them? You negotiated with them and allowed them to walk away, only for them to kidn@p again?”
