While Trump and his Project 2025 vow to close the Department of Education and stop education and
opportunities for students from pre-school to college, Kamala Harris has great proposals for education in America.

VP Harris knows there should be other additional paths for education and opportunity in America. She wants to create apprenticeships and technical education programs for students as options instead of a 4 year degree.

She supports eliminating unnecessary college degree requirements for some federal jobs and partnering with industry and trade groups to provide meaningful apprenticeships in the skilled trades.

We need more electricians, plumbers, craftsmen, mechanics and welders.

A robust economy fueled by rebuilding our infrastructure is dependent on these careers.

Kamala Harris provides new options for young Americans while Donald Trump want to shut the door on opportunities for young people.
