After numerous unresolved complaints, I have finally decided to walk away from the most unreliable, crappy service offered by @Safaricom_Care I refuse to incur extra costs for your inefficiency! @SafaricomPLC
@SafaricomPLC slaps me with an erroneous bill. I ask for a reconciliation, several calls and trips to their offices I am asked to pay the correct bill as they address the issue. 2 weeks later,matter remains unresolved, internet not restored. What a disservice! @Safaricom_Care
