Police Constable James Mukhwana’s shocking confession before the court:

“I received instructions from OCS Talaam, who informed us that DIG Lagat had ordered that Albert Ojwang be disciplined.

The OCS directed that he be punished and left with injuries that would require hospital treatment.

However, the inmates to whom we assigned the task exceeded those instructions, resulting in the loss of his life.

Sources say that part of the instructions given by DIG Lagat was to get people who would be disguised as inmates who were to sodomize Albert Ojwang' in turns after they would beat and leave him with injuries!

Now that the @ODPP_KE has confirmed that Albert Ojwang' did not hit himself on the wall,

The Prosecution should extend its arms to Police Spokesperson Muchiri Nyagah who woke up in the morning,

Made a few calls with the murderers then agreed to lie to the whole country that Albert hit himself on the wall.

They tried to carry us children but they found that we are past that stage.

This was deliberate obstruction of justice and @ODPP_KE must take action against Muchiri Nyagah.

He lied under oath!
