Last week, we introduced the Tharwa Gold Agent, an AI model that observes how the gold market moves, tracks volatility, and learns how to keep exposure balanced across the portfolio.

Since then, we’ve been shaping the next layer around it. What began as an agent that studies markets is now expanding into a framework that can act within them.

The early design we’re working on introduces intent-based gold investing. Instead of making trades manually, users will simply express an intent like “buy $1,000 worth of gold.” From there, a network of solvers will search across both on-chain and off-chain markets, find the best price, and lock it in for the user.

Holdings can later be withdrawn in $thUSD or as physical gold, with minimums for delivery.

It’s a small but important step toward something larger. The Gold Agent learns when to act, while the intent layer handles how to execute safely and efficiently. Together, they start to form a system that can study, decide, and transact, all within a transparent on-chain structure.

This version isn’t final. It’s an early architecture draft designed to secure the foundation of how intent-based solvers could handle gold allocation inside Tharwa’s ecosystem. The final release will be far more advanced, but this is the first step in making it real.
